Overview
All orders placed on the Website ship to the 48 contiguous states only. True HealthCare does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or any United States territory. True HealthCare also does not ship internationally.
For all complete orders, once it has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Processing
Orders placed on the Website Monday through Thursday are generally processed within 24 hours and shipped from the warehouse within 48 hours. Orders placed on the Website Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. True HealthCare will attempt to notify you with a tracking number once the products have shipped.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping applies to all orders unless otherwise noted on the product page. Standard shipping utilizes ground delivery service, which generally takes 3–7 business days to deliver.
Freight Shipping
Some orders are unable to be shipped via standard shipping. If your order requires freight shipping, it will be noted on the product page and instructions will be given to obtain a freight shipping quote.
Please note, freight shipping may have longer delivery times. You will be notified once the freight order is ready to ship. If the delivery address does not have a loading dock, please choose the liftgate option on the Website when purchasing.
Large dimensional, bulky, oversized, heavy-weight items and items on a pallet will incur additional shipping, handling & freight charges, and these additional charges will be assessed per item. These items will ship via a freight shipping company, on a transfer truck or large box truck. The additional freight charges are displayed, when possible, in the shopping cart prior to checkout. However, the additional freight charges may depend on other factors so they may not appear at the time of checkout and will be communicated to you separately after True HealthCare obtains a freight quote.
Orders delivered to residential addresses will be placed at the curb or in the driveway at the discretion of the driver. This determination is based on a number of factors, including whichever option the driver feels is safest to prevent any damages to the order. Orders generally will not be brought inside of your home. However, some freight companies may have the option of bringing the order into the front of the home for an additional fee. You must inquire about this option at the time the freight quote is requested.
Shipping to a P.O. Box
Freight and custom orders cannot be shipped to a Post Office Box (P.O. Box). Orders placed on the Website can be shipped to a P.O. Box unless otherwise determined by the manufacturer during the shipping process. In the event the manufacturer determines that the item cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, True HealthCare will notify the customer.
Lost/Misplaced Items
If the shipping or freight company reports an order as being lost, this usually means that the order has been misplaced by the shipping or freight company. If you receive communication from the shipping or freight company that the order is lost or misplaced, the customer needs to contact True HealthCare via email immediately, and call True HealthCare to ensure the email came through.
Once reported to True HealthCare, we will file a tracking claim to locate the lost or misplaced and undelivered order. True HealthCare does not guarantee any timeframe, but generally a resolution is reached within 72 hours. If the order is determined to be permanently lost, True HealthCare will work to have the order replaced and delivered to the customer as quickly as possible. The customer will not incur any additional fees. If the customer decides to cancel, all applicable restocking and shipping fees will still apply, especially if it was a custom order.
